My "real" blog is The New Life of E-Patient Dave. But it got cluttered over there, with all the non-medical things I wanted to post, so here's my im-patient blog. (Not that I was ever known for actually being impatient, of course...)
I'll write about politics, music, people I like, and anything else. Because it's my life, and I can do what I want with it. And maybe, if they're nice, I'll let certain other people post here too.

Many years ago, when my brother was living in Boston with his girlfriend, they drove downtown and wanted to park by Boston Common. They found a spot and my bro backed his car up to get in position to park, when another car whipped in front of him and took the spot. When the driver walked away, my bro pulled up next to his car and and opened his car door and jammed it hard into the other car. When his GF told me about it, she called it "instant karma". But I expect he got it back again sooner or later.
